WITH ALL THAT SAID, I’m very excited to announce my next venture. Empower Financial Coaching. For many years I’ve advised clients and potential clients on how to financially afford to buy a house. I’ve advised countless real estate agents on how to better organize their finances. I’ve come to find that most people don’t understand how to organize their personal finances. This creates an enormous amount of stress that can ruin lives and wreck careers. So following a passion I feel deeply about, I’ve decided to make my full time work to bring that understanding. I’m starting a personal and sole proprietor financial coaching company.
Statistics state around half of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. This is downright scary. You are at greater risk during economic turmoil. The loss of a job is catastrophic. Saving for emergencies, a house downpayment, kid’s college and any other financial dreams is impossible.
The vast majority of real estate agents and small businesses are sole proprietors. I see so many living commission to commission or struggling during the lean season of their business. This is compounded by personal finances that are not well run. This causes their attention to be taken away from their passion and most times leads to the small business failing.
I’ve spent most of my adult life witnessing people struggle with money. Either in my capacity as a real estate agent or just a friend and neighbor. I did a lot of things right and I messed a few things up too. That experience has led me to this point. I’d like to help people take control of their money and begin to WIN and build wealth.
