Chimichurri Sauce

This #budget #friendly #recipe Sauce takes meats like chicken and pork to a new level!!!  Great on white fish and grilled skirt steak.

Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

1 Cup fresh parsley

1 Cup extra virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons dried oregano

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 ½ tablespoons minced garlic

2 teaspoons pepper sauce (such as Tabasco or Frank’s Red Hot)

1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine parsley (I cut the stems off and use the entire bunch), oil, vinegar, oregano, cumin, garlic, hot sauce, and salt in a blender or food processor. Mix on medium speed until ingredients are evenly blended.
