One hobby my wife and I enjoy is second hand shopping. We buy books, clothes and all kinds of odd things. One of my favorite finds was a book of quotes. It’s called “The Forbes Scrapbook of Thoughts on the Business of Life” and it’s even signed by Malcolm Forbes. Which actually gives it a value of a few hundred dollars. In that book there are so much wisdom. I crave wisdom. So from time to time I’ll share a quote from the book.

This one spoke to me especially today because of my friend. His family is going through a loss of a sisters child. Yesterday he called me and asked if he could come over to shoot some pool. We spoke about the loss briefly. Really what he needed was a drink and a friend to hang with. So yesterday I made the world a tiny less difficult for him and I’m proud to know he reached out to me.
